The national key R&D project Demonstration application and industrial test platform of precision machine tool spindle bearings of ZYS was successfully passed the comprehensive performance evaluation

On August 28, the company organized a comprehensive performance evaluation meeting of the national key research and development program “Demonstration Application and Industrial Test Platform of Precision Machine Tool Spindle Bearings”. The project was led by ZYS, and cooperated with 12 universities and enterprise institutes such as Henan University of Science and Technology, Xi’an Jiaotong University, Chongqing University, Zhengzhou University, etc., completed various research contents with high quality, and obtained intellectual property rights such as patents, papers, standards, software, etc. A large number of research results, including a large number of research results, successfully passed the comprehensive performance evaluation.

This project aims to improve the overall performance of high-speed, high-precision, and high-reliability precision machine tool spindle bearings, and explores the multi-factor coupling for the bearing industry problems such as poor consistency of mass production accuracy and quality, low life reliability and lack of service performance evaluation systems. The precision retention design technology under the action, through the shape control and traceability processing and precision assembly technology research, has realized the precision quality consistency control of precision bearing mass production. At the same time, combined with customer demonstration applications, the field-oriented bearing service operation and maintenance based on multi-source signals and dynamic testing has been realized, special test equipment has been developed to build an industrial test platform, and the test data processing method and performance evaluation have been carried out based on the industrial test platform. Technical research has formed a systematic bearing verification and evaluation system.

Through the implementation of this project, the quality of the ZYS‘s precision machine tool spindle bearings has been significantly improved, and the precision and quality consistency control of precision bearing mass production has been effectively achieved. The product precision (dimensional tolerance) has reached P2, and a corresponding bearing production line has been established in China. Famous machine tool factories have been put into application; Henan University of Science and Technology, Xi’an Jiaotong University and other colleges and universities have solved a lot of technical problems in theoretical research such as bearing operation, maintenance and testing; at the same time, the project has trained and reserved many professional and technical personnel for the bearing industry. The development supplements the reserve force and helps to promote my country’s progress from a large bearing manufacturing country to a bearing manufacturing power.
