PSG have announced the signing of French international winger Hatem Ben Arfa from OGC Nice on a two year deal for free.
Ben Arfa spent one season with Les Aiglons in an incredible career turnaround that has seen him to return to Champions League football after a horrendous time in England with Newcastle and Hull.
