Owing to an inability from Barcelona to conclude an agreement with Les Parisiens, Neymar has told those close to him this Saturday evening that he has decided to bring an end to discussions.
The entourage of Neymar, who has willing to pay €20m of his own money to make a deal happen, told both clubs of his decision to finish this current season in Paris.
