Fightful was told that Alicia Fox was offered, but didn’t accept rehab and sort of went “AWOL” after that.
Fox was on “thin ice” after incidents over the last couple of years, one of which was her being in line for a push a couple of years ago until she showed up two hours late to an event.
Fightful also adds there were several names within the company who had no idea of what Fox is up to right now, or even if she was or wasn’t at rehab.

Raj Giri of WrestlingInc is reporting that the reason for Arn Anderson’s firing was because he permitted Alicia Fox to wrestle drunk.
Fox showed up to a house show in February intoxicated. Anderson knew this and allowed her to wrestle anyway.
