During a recent interview with Austin Chronicle, Dustin Rhodes discussed the competition between AEW and WWE NXT on Wednesday nights.
While the two shows go head to head on Wednesday nights, the wrestling veteran revealed that he doesn’t see them as competition at all.
“I don’t look at it as competition,” Dustin began. “I look at it as us putting on the best television show that we possibly can.”
Dustin also discussed his role teaching the younger talent who are new to working on television in front of large audiences.
“Less is more, man,” he said. “That’s a big thing for me, teaching them how to talk and working on their promos, bringing out their characters.”
