OGC Nice yesterday confirmed the return of Jean-Pierre Rivère as president and Julien Fournier as Sporting Director, as the first two major moves made by INEOS at board level.
Fournier and Rivère are a much-celebrated duo in the French football landscape, who managed to produce exceptional results in relation to the budgets of the club from 2011 onwards.
They left in January of this year after a confrontation with the former American-Chinese ownership.
