France Football report that Ligue 1 side Marseille have made an enquiry for 26-year-old French winger Jimmy Cabot, who is out of contract with Ligue 2 leaders FC Lorient in June.
After four seasons with Les Merlus, Cabot announced back in December that he would not be renewing his deal with FCL and that he was looking to move abroad.
However, OM’s enquiry won’t go unnoticed in Cabot’s thinking. At the moment, the only club abroad of note to have made contact is Besiktas.
