WWE has been forced to cancel its planned WrestleMania 35 on-sale ticket party that was going to take place today in New York.
WWE had planned its annual on-sale party event which it does in the host state of WrestleMania every year that the tickets go on sale to take place on the field at the MetLife Stadium, but due to expected weather conditions, the event has been canceled.
It is expected to snow and rain heavily over the course of the entire day and therefore WWE made the decision to cancel it due to the inclement weather.
WWE.com released the following statement:
Get your individual WrestleMania 35 tickets when they go on sale Friday, Nov. 16, at 10 a.m. ET at www.ticketmaster.com, or secure your individual tickets now using special pre-sale code DOTCOM.
